Career Coaching Services Fulfillment Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional career coaching services to help you navigate your professional journey. This fulfillment policy outlines our approach to delivering our services and ensuring your satisfaction.

1. Service Description:

• Our career coaching services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, peer coaching, resume reviews, interview preparation, career planning, etc. 

• Each service is tailored to meet your individual career goals and needs. This is discussed in the orientation call. 

• Coaching is offered through various digital platforms, such as video calls, emails, and messaging.

2. Scheduling and Access:

• Upon purchasing a coaching service, we will schedule an onboarding session where we will walk you through all the components of the program and schedule our regular sessions. 

• Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. You will receive a link to access your scheduled session.

• We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences for 1-1 part of the coaching and will provide options for session times.

3. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they have the necessary technology to participate in online sessions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to loss of the session without a refund, except in cases of emergency.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice provided to clients.

4. Refund Policy:

• We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our coaching program after the first month of the program, please let us know within five weeks of your starting date. We will do our best and if you are still not satisfied, we will process a full refund. 

• If a client is more than five minutes late without prior notification, the session may be considered forfeited without rescheduling.

5. Client Responsibilities:

• To get the most out of your coaching sessions, we encourage you to come prepared with specific goals or topics you wish to discuss.

• Active participation and honest communication are key to a successful coaching relationship.

• Each coaching session will be conducted at the scheduled time and will last for the duration agreed upon at booking.

• Clients are expected to be punctual. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

6. Confidentiality:

• We adhere to a strict confidentiality policy to protect your privacy. Information shared in coaching sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Services:

• Career coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or financial advice. We focus on career-related goals and strategies.

• Services are intended to guide and support your career development.

• The ultimate responsibility for personal and professional decisions and actions lies with you, the client. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of the coaching process.

8. Amendments:

• This policy may be updated or amended at any time.
